The UN Refugee Agency warns that Israeli and US attacks on Iran have displaced more than 3 million people in nearly three weeks, affecting up to 1 million households.
Iranians are fleeing the capital and major cities for northern areas, while commercial flights remain suspended and airspace closed.
The US and Israel say they are targeting Iranian leaders and military infrastructure, but Iran reports thousands of civilian sites have been hit.
Meanwhile, Israeli operations in Lebanon have displaced over 1 million people, representing about 19 percent of the country’s population, according to the International Organization for Migration.
