A south Minneapolis taqueria became the center of a tense standoff after men believed to be agents from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement were confronted by neighbors inside the restaurant.Workers at Tacos El Primo say the men arrived in plain clothes, ordered food, and gave no indication they were law enforcement. But after reviewing surveillance footage and spotting a vehicle outside, fear spread quickly — and community members flooded the scene. Rick Strom breaks it down.
