Donald Trump says Senate Republicans and Democrats have agreed on a deal to avoid another government shutdown. The US President says that he is still working with Congress to fully fund federal agencies. Democrats say the deal will buy time to negotiate new restrictions on the Department of Homeland Security, which is carrying out the White House immigration crackdown.
