Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says a trilateral meeting is planned for Friday, where officials from Ukraine, Russia, and the US will meet in the United Arab Emirates. It’s the first meeting of its kind since Russia invaded Ukraine nearly four years ago.
